James grew up in a Korean household where cooking was a daily act of love. After studying food science at university, he spent five years cooking professionally in Japan, learning traditional techniques from the ground up. He joined Yummos in 2020 to bring authentic Asian flavors to home kitchens without compromising on technique or taste.
